Filemaker Pro 14 - Open Remote
Step 1.
Open Filemaker Pro, from the menu go to File then Open Remote
 
Step 2.
From the View drop down, select Favorite Hosts, then click Add...
 
Step 3.
From the View drop down, select Favorite Hosts, then click Add...
Enter in the Filemaker Servers name which is located here FMxx.triple8.net xx= your server number.
Click Save
 
Step 4.
Click on the host you just added in the left, it should then bring up a Login Prompt
Login with your database username and password, not your my.triple8.net username or password.
 
 
 
 
Congratulations you have successfully opened your remotely hosted database.
 
If you do not get a login prompt, double check the server name, or there may be an issue with port 5003 being blocked (check your firewall and router to ensure these ports are open).
